The Foundations programme is a series of classes aimed at helping you to move better.
You don't just want to exercise aimlessly. You want to feel mobile, agile, flexible and strong.

These small classes are all about helping you to come away feeling like you're making an improvement with every class!

About this group:

Stretch & Strength is a low-impact , small-group class designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay active for life.

We focus on improving mobility, balance, and strength to reduce aches and pains, build confidence in movement, and support everyday activities.

Stretch x Strengthen

Women's Only

About this group:

Our Women’s Only classes offer a supportive space to build strength, tone up, and improve fitness. Train alongside like-minded women in a positive, welcoming community that helps you feel confident and consistent.

About this group:

Hybrid x Athletic blends strength and conditioning to build a strong, fit, athletic body. Expect challenging but scalable sessions that improve strength, stamina, and overall performance.

Groups range from Upper body strength, Lower body strength, full body strength and conditioning, cardio conditioning and Hyrox training.
