What are the 'Foundations' classes?
The Foundations programme is a series of classes aimed at helping you to move better.
You don't just want to exercise aimlessly. You want to feel mobile, agile, flexible and strong.
These small classes are all about helping you to come away feeling like you're making an improvement with every class!

Athletic development (all levels)
Women's only group strength and toning

About this group:
Hybrid x Athletic blends strength and conditioning to build a strong, fit, athletic body. Expect challenging but scalable sessions that improve strength, stamina, and overall performance.
Groups range from Upper body strength, Lower body strength, full body strength and conditioning, cardio conditioning and Hyrox training.
