what is 6-week physique?
6-week physique is a 6-week personal training plan, specifically put together to help you to kick-start your physique goals, lose body fat, build strength and learn the fundamentals of nutrition, so you never have to diet again.
By the end of the 6-weeks you should have achieved the following:
Dropped body fat
Improved self-esteem / body confidence
Improved confidence with gym training
Motivated to continue making progress

6 weeks of coaching
6 in person training sessions with me, spread across 6 weeks​
6 weeks of workout plans
I'll work with you to develop a personalised workout routine that includes:​​​
A workout plan for our in-person sessions
A plan you can follow outside of our sessions so you can keep making progress
6 weeks of nutrition coaching
I'll get to know your current diet and put together a non-restrictive nutrition plan. This includes:
A breakdown of your calories and macros (protein, carbs, fats)
We'll include room for a few treats if we need to!
6 weeks of support
You'll have me by your side in your 1-1 sessions, but you'll also get:
Support via WhatsApp whenever you need it
Digital nutrition and progress tracking
Location
You'll be training in a recently renovated gym and studio, based in Jesmond, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
