A recent case study
How my client went from 92kg in November, to 85kg by January.
When my client came to me in November, he had little experience of training in a gym and just wanted to lose body fat, be stronger, fitter and have more body confidence.
For the next few weeks, we focused on changing small habits, creating a nutrition plan that was aligned with his dietary habits and work patterns, resulting in a 7kg loss in just 2.5 months!
We're only just really scratching the surface of what's achievable here, but this is a perfect example of being able to achieve your fitness goals without turning your life upside down.
