Build&Burn

Spaces are limited to 8 people maximum per class

Early morning and after-work sessions.

Sessions are 45 minutes long.

Sessions are developed by me and focus on improving your strength

Track your results and ensure you're making progress

Sessions are suitable for all fitness levels and are ideal for people who want more variety to their workout
