6 in-person training sessions spread across 8 weeks. Whether you’re brand new or getting back into it, you’ll build strength and confidence in and out of the gym.
You’ll have a personalised plan for in-between sessions that fits around your lifestyle and helps you keep making progress outside of our sessions.
I’ll help you understand what your body needs with a simple, science-backed nutrition plan that feel achievable, not overwhelming.
You don’t need to give up everything you enjoy to make progress. I’ll show you how to include the foods you love without ruining your results.
We'll have weekly progress reviews using my digital tracking platform so we stay on track together.
